Your Artwork or Print
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity with my original artwork or print?
All original artworks and prints come with a signed certificate of authenticity. Please keep this for future sales and as proof of legitimacy.

Shipment & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Germany.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will usually be dispatched within the next two days and should arrive within 3-6 working days.
For some limited edition art prints, it can take up to 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched, as they are only produced after the order has been placed.
Can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
If your order has not arrived after seven working days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at: hi@juliahiller.art.
Payment & Safety
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay and PayPal are accepted. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my order?
We want you to be happy with your artwork and if something doesn't quite fit, you have 14 days to return it.
- We will deduct a return fee of €3.99 from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Here is our returns policy:
- Please give notice of the return by emailing hi@juliahiller.art before returning your order.
- Please ensure that items are returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
- Soiled or damaged products will not be accepted back.
- We accept no liability for items stolen or lost during the shipping of the return.
